Tracy has more than 20 years of experience working with people around trauma, poverty and resilience. This includes serving as an advocate, program developer, disaster relief responder, mental health therapist, trainer and mentor. Tracy enjoys making change and helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives. She is CEO of Palecek Therapy & Consulting.
