CHS does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on our website. ONLINE PRODUCT ORDERS AND DONATIONS
CHS requests information from you on our product order forms and donation forms. Purchasing or donating online is completely voluntary. To purchase a product from us or make an online donation, you must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your purchase order or process your donation. If we have trouble processing an order or donation, we may use this information to contact you.
SHARING INFORAMTION WITH THIRD PARTIES
CHS does not sell, rent, or lease its customer or donor lists to third parties.
CHS may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries.
