At Children’s Home Society, we offer hope-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed outpatient mental health services for children, adults and families in Rapid City and Sioux Falls, including:

CHS is committed to serving clients by adding to and supporting policies, programs and practices that positively impact systems and communities around children and families. We strive to build collaborations and natural supports to foster collective hope for the stability and well-being of the children and families we serve.
Our experienced clinical professionals help clients establish goals towards positive well-being, determine pathways to meet these goals, assist clients in overcoming challenges and support their personal growth and wellness.
*Currently, these two services are offered only at our Rapid City location.

At CHS, we believe that the well-being of children depends on the well-being of their families, caregivers and support systems. Our approach is to understand and treat individuals within the context of their families and communities.
CHS Outpatient Mental Health Services provides:
- Care for children, adolescents, adults and families
- Support for individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, grief, life transitions and more
We collaborate with communities to help clients overcome barriers, identify resources, access services and to empower families, caregivers and support people.

- Sliding scale fee with income guidelines
