Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are traumatic childhood events that can create dangerous levels of stress and can negatively impact the development of a child's brain and body. In partnership with the Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment, Children's Home Society has implemented the ACE Interface Program to provide information and understanding of ACEs, trauma, and resilience for communities statewide.
