Q: What is the status of our COA Accreditation? When will CHS be fully accredited?

A: We are three weeks away from our final self-study deadline. The self-study evaluates CHS policies and procedures for every department and the agency as a whole. As of Monday, June 30, we have completed 39% of the COA Self-Study portal. According to our COA representative, we are making good progress at this stage. Compliance Director Hope Perini is reviewing all of our submitted material to identify any areas of improvement before finalizing the submissions.

Here are some upcoming important dates:

• July 21, 2025: Internal deadline for submitting all evidence to the Compliance Department for review.
• July 28, 2025: COA's deadline for self-study evidence submission.
• August 1-September 1, 2025: Site visit evidence compilation and submission to COA.
• September 22-24, 2025: COA site visits.
