Spot Awards Are Back at CHS

At CHS, we are passionate about choosing kindness, being tenacious and proving we are better together. However, we know that there are many occasions when staff surpass expectations and go beyond their normal work obligations to help our clients and their colleagues. This is why we are excited to announce that Spot Awards have returned to CHS!

A Spot Award is a form of recognition for employees who show exceptional performance, achievements, or contributions. Staff who go above and beyond regular job expectations, show initiative and demonstrate teamwork are eligible to receive a Spot Award. Awards may be given any time the Executive team deems a staff member is eligible.

The Spot Award is not exclusive to CHS. Organizations use these awards to immediately acknowledge and appreciate an employee’s efforts, making the recognition timelier and more meaningful. At CHS, we are always looking for new ways to recognize the wonderful work our employees do, and that’s why we decided to bring back the Spot Awards.

Congratulations to all of our recent Spot Award recipients! Thank you for your dedication, hard work, tenacity and for proving that we truly are better together.

Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized and receive a Spot Award? Please reach out to your Supervisor. Their Director will pass the information along to the Executive team for consideration.
