Friendly Timecard Reminder
Employees and supervisors are required to review and approve timecards per CHS policy. It is necessary for CHS and for grant funding agencies, which require employee and supervisor approval on timecards. This is also a great way to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time every pay period!
Employees must finalize their timecards by 9 a.m. MT/10 a.m. CT on each payroll Monday. Supervisors must approve employee timecards by 2 p.m. MT/3 p.m. CT of each payroll Monday.

Upcoming Training at SFCH
SFCH staff are invited to attend an upcoming residential training in SFCH Admin Room with a View. There is no need to RSVP, but you will be asked to sign in.

Cassie Nagel will be leading Enough Abuse, an emphasis on grooming behaviors, red flag warnings and mandatory reporting.
New Paylocity Training Tools Available
Need help with submitting a covered expense for reimbursement? Check out this training tool for Employee Expense Reimbursement on SharePoint.
The employee expense reimbursement process allows an employee to enter their expense reimbursement into Paylocity. Employee expense reimbursements are then paid via direct deposit and are included on employee’s payroll pay statement.
Additional training tools are located in the GOOD WORKS Portal under the HELP & RESOURCES Tab > Paylocity Job Aids.

Could You Be A Big Buddy?
Could you—or someone you know—serve as a Big Buddy to a child at Sioux Falls Children’s Home? We have five Little Buddies on the waiting list. Read more about the program here.
Big Buddies serve as one-on-one mentors, and sometimes as education advocates and surrogate parents for CHS children whose parents cannot be identified or located, who are wards of the state, or whose treatment at CHS would be enhanced by a positive role model.
