Take Time to Check Your Address!

CHS Phone Etiquette Reminder
We are the voices of CHS when answering phones. There are times when phones may need to be temporarily rolled to other offices/buildings, and they should answered in a professional manner.
For example, you could say: “Children’s Home, this is (your name), can I help you?” If you don’t know an answer, you can say: “Let me find someone who can assist you; please hold.”
