Would it be possible to get a new website or make changes to the one that exists currently? I find it hard to manage and difficult to navigate. I worry that individuals in crisis may have a hard time finding help and may give up searching.

Just like other areas within CHS, the marketing department is careful with our expenditures. We are planning to budget for a website update in the next fiscal year. Our goal is to redesign the site (within the limits of our existing content management system), incorporate recent brand updates and provide an improved user experience. Prior to launching the updated site, we will implement usability testing, which is customary.
