It’s tax time, and W-2 and 1095-C documents are prepared for delivery. If you chose the paper option, you will receive forms at your home address.

If you chose the paperless option, documents are located on the self-service portal in Paylocity. To find the electronic tax documents on the self-service portal, go to pay, click on the VIEW CURRENT CHECK button to view your current check, then click on tax forms (upper left).  The documents you need to download and print are listed there.

Some staff will have two copies (hard or electronic) of the 2022 W-2 forms due to a system error in the processing. For those of you who have two W-2s, you will need both documents for completing your 2022 tax returns.
