I Spy a New Sign

Transformation has been a huge buzzword around CHS as of late. The new Shelter building, the purchase of the NAU campus in Rapid City, and the new dining hall on the SFCH campus are a few of the recent changes that help us meet the needs of our clients.

While our new buildings are important, CHS has continued to evolve in other ways, as well. We are entering our refresh era on the SFCH campus, and with that comes the installation of the beautiful new street sign.

Chief Administrative Officer Mark Niemeyer says the new sign is part of an initiative to modernize the SFCH campus.

“We want to pay homage to the history of Children’s Home Society, which is important and something we should never forget," says Niemeyer. "But CHS is growing, and our programs are always evolving. Having a campus refresh will help us better serve the families and kids we provide services to.”

Our address, established date, and updated logo are all featured on the sign. Niemeyer says that there is room on the side of the sign to display the programs that are located on the SFCH campus.

The street sign is one of many updates coming to the SFCH campus. We can expect to see new building signs that will match the feel of the street sign in the future.
