The next step in our Performance Management plan is holding annual reviews with employees. Reviews will take place through June 20. This is a time to provide feedback on the past year and to create goals for next year which begins July 1, 2022. Find more information regarding Performance Management in GOOD WORKS.
Omnitech continues to work on updates to the new ERS system. It is scheduled to launch in August (date to be announced). Watch for an updated training schedule to be posted prior to the launch. Employees are encouraged to practice using the new ERS at https://childrenshomeers-staging.azurewebsites.net/

CHS was chosen to participate in a special charitable giving campaign sponsored and funded by Target. And you have the chance to help direct a portion of Target’s donation to us! Now through June 30, vote for us through the Target Circle program.

All CHS employees will receive training on doing our part in creating and maintaining a Trauma-Informed Organization (TIO). Training will begin at the end of June and conclude by September. Staff can access information on TIO in GOOD WORKS under HELP & RESOURCES. Thank you for supporting this important initiative that will make the CHS team even Better Together! And thanks to the employee-led TIO team, which has been working throughout the past year to bring this important concept to the forefront of our organization.
