It’s officially fall, which means flu season is right around the corner! Keep yourself and coworkers safe and healthy by taking part in one of this year’s CHS Flu Clinics. The dates and times for each campus are listed below.

The flu vaccine is required for ALL CHS staff and volunteers. If you do not get your vaccination at CHS, you will need to provide proof and submit paperwork to the HR department by November 15.

Per the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, the HR department has Influenza Vaccination Declination Forms available for those who have a medical contraindication or maintain a sincerely held religious belief requiring abstention from receiving the flu vaccine. These forms must be turned into HR prior to November 15.

Everyone—no matter what insurance you have—can attend a CHS Flu Clinic. The flu vaccine will be offered free of charge to all CHS/CHF staff. Please bring your insurance card to the appointment.

Rapid City Flu Clinics

• Thursday, October 16: 12PM-12:30PM (Rapid City Campus)
• Thursday, October 16: 1PM-1:30PM (St. James Street Location)
• Wednesday, October 22: 12:30PM-1:30PM (Rockerville)
  • We will have both flu and COVID-19 vaccines available.

Sioux Falls Flu Clinics

• Wednesday, October 15: 9AM–12:30PM (SFCH)
• Wednesday, October 15: 1:30PM-4PM (SFCH)
• Friday, October 17: 8AM-10AM (Shelter)
• Monday, October 20: 12PM-1:30PM (Shelter)
• Wednesday, October 29: 4PP-6PM (Shelter)
