Employee Check-ins

The first round of employee check-ins started last Friday, November 1. These check-ins are similar to our previous quarterly check-ins, but we will now have three of them per year.

Supervisors have until November 20 to meet with employees and complete the reviews in Paylocity. The check-in will cover:

  • Role Accountabilities
  • CHS Values
  • Goals

This check-in will be for all staff–full-time, part-time, relief and interns. The second employee check-in will take place March 1–20 and will be for full-time staff only. The Annual Review will be conducted from July 1–August 20 and will include all staff.
