Q: If an employee were to resign from their position with CHS, is that employee paid for any unused PTO?

A: Thanks for the opportunity to clarify this aspect of our PTO policy. In the case of resignation, an employee is paid their remaining PTO balance on their next scheduled paycheck. The entire PTO policy is shown here; section XII at the very end addresses this question in greater detail.
