Does anyone proofread the social media posts before posting to their respective platforms? I have found myself questioning what exactly the post is trying to communicate on multiple occasions. I have also found many grammatical errors that should be caught before posting.

Yes, all social media posts are proofread and approved by the Marketing Communications team, as well as the contributor of the post. We welcome the chance to correct any post where a typo or grammatical error may have slipped past us.

Next time you see a post with an error or content that seems unclear, could you kindly take a screenshot and send it to me, so we can do a fix in real time.

For the first time, we have a solid social media strategy and editorial calendar. We have already exceeded annual goals for new users on all platforms. We welcome social media submissions from everyone in the organization, so please send your ideas/events/story ideas to the Marketing Communications team.
