Community Based Services staff spent a morning last week playing with horses and learning about equine therapy at Red Horse Healing in Rapid City. Their mission is to empower healing through equine assisted psychotherapy and learning. Horses are great tools to support youth who have experienced trauma to develop connection, relationship and regulation skills.
