Congratulations to Courtney Sargent on accepting the position of Employee Growth and Development Specialist. Courtney has been a Residential Youth Counselor II at CHS for nine years and has spent seven years as an SCM trainer. She will begin her new role on July 9. Awesome job, Courtney!

Gabby Larson, Unit Supervisor

Employee Growth and Development Specialist Gabby Larson is the new Van Demark Down Unit Supervisor. Gabby has excellent leadership skills and a passion for teaching and coaching others, which makes her a natural fit for the position. Nice work, Gabby!

Heather Hoeye, Development Director

Recently, it was announced that K-1 Owen School Teacher Heather Hoeye is taking on a new role as Development Director in Rapid City. Her experience fundraising in the community and dedication to our mission is sure to inspire donors. Heather begins her new position on May 12. Congratulations, Heather!

Jessica Broullire, Assistant Director of CAC

Education and Public Awareness Specialist Jessica Broullire accepted a position as the Assistant Director of CAC in Rapid City. She brings a rich history of service and a passion for educating others on how CHS prevents, treats and heals trauma in clients. Jessica will transition to her new role on May 12.
