Recently, it was announced that K-1 Owen School Teacher Heather Hoeye is taking on a new role as Development Director in Rapid City. Education and Public Awareness Specialist Jessica Broullire accepted a position as the Assistant Director of CAC in Rapid City. She brings a rich history of service and a passion for educating others on how CHS prevents, treats and heals trauma in clients. Jessica will transition to her new role on May 12.
