If I could travel anywhere, I would go to Japan or Vietnam because I love Asia. I spent time in South Korea and China, but never Japan.
If I were famous, I would be famous for a cookbook.
The best advice I’ve ever been given is: A need that is met goes away.
The last great TV shows I saw were: The Sopranos and Taste the Nation.
If I could have an unlimited supply of anything for the rest of my life it would be noodles from Weihai, China.
If I didn’t have to work, I would probably still work with kids.
