Children’s Home Shelter for Family Safety Supervisors Kate Feilmeier (above left) and Emily Hall (above right) recently completed the Leaders of Tomorrow program through Think3D. The program is designed to “develop influential leaders that will impact the world around them.”

They participated in the Non-Profit Cohort, consisting of other individuals from Sioux Falls-area non-profits. During the 12-week course, they learned about Power of Culture, Effective Communication, POWER Coaching, Leadership 101, Power of Networking, Success Mindset and more.

“Emily and Kate both gained so much knowledge and made many connections through the group,” says Program Director Amy Carter. “They left feeling inspired and motivated. I’m proud of them for seeking out this professional development and for the growth they achieved.”
