During the All Hands meetings in December 2020, Mark Neimeyer, CHS Chief People Officer, briefly reviewed the results from the Employee Engagement Survey. Click here to be directed to the HR Section of the Good Works portal. The Employee Engagement Survey documents are available at the bottom of the page to download and view. 

Over the next few weeks, you will notice changes to the HR section on the Good Works portal as more documents and information are made available to you. As it is developed, the HR section will include pertinent information such as updated benefits, payroll and holiday calendars, Wellness at Work and more.

This is part of an ongoing effort to develop a "one-stop shop" for everything you need as an employee of CHS.
