The Department of Health completed an unannounced survey of the food service and dining area at BHCH on April 26. “In typical fashion, they received a perfect “100” score,” wrote Compliance Director Jody Carpenter. “Koty and her amazing crew do an outstanding job of keeping up with all the requirements on a daily basis, which allows survey results like this to be possible.” Congratulations, team!

The way we talk to people depends on how we see them and what is going on inside ourselves. The Arbinger Institute published a book called Leadership and Self-Deception.
