Focus Areas for a Flourishing Organization

CEO Michelle Lavallee announced that CHS has set high-level priorities to drive mission impact over the next couple of years. The four focus areas are People, Operational Excellence, Fundraising and Brand
Management, and Financial, along with two critical priorities: Black Hills Campus and Program Funding Optimization.

Michelle emphasized, “There are work plans under each of these priorities and focus areas, and this work cascades to encompass the work that you do!” She added that this information will be helpful for setting goals in performance reviews for the new fiscal year.
