Share Your Thoughts

What’s on your mind? Let us know! The 2024 Spring Engagement survey will launch May 15. CHS has partnered with a company called Culture Amp.

Once the survey is complete, we will provide the results so we can all look at what we are doing well, where we need to adjust, and then build a plan for change. Watch for more details soon. We look forward to hearing from you.

ASK US: You Asked. We Answer.

Questions submitted in May to ASK US included these two. Watch next week’s GOOD WORKS Weekly for the more!

Q: I had previously asked a question about contacting IT. I feel as though my question wasn’t answered and if possible, would like some more clarification on what I should be doing and/or telling those that I am supervising for the evening...

Q: Why did admin staff stop shadowing on the units? I think that it would be incredibly beneficial for administrative staff to experience what a day-to-day work experience is like for floor staff.

A: Click here to read the questions and answers in their entirety.
