Help Us Find Therapeutic Foster Parents

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. This month is a great reminder to reflect on the impact abuse has on children and the continuous need for safe homes for kids in foster care. At CHS, we know first-hand that many of our children have experienced some form of trauma and require Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC), which provides specialized support to parents to help a child heal.

There is a severe shortage of foster parents in South Dakota and while CHS staff cannot become foster parents through CHS, we can still help!
