Joan Sim: Joan has been an INCREDIBLE help to me getting things prepared for students being admitted into the Day School Program. With the absence of an administration assistant at school, Joan aided me with organizing and putting into place all the necessary things that need to be done before a student enters our program. Without her help, patience, and sense of humor, I couldn't have done it. Thank you so much Joan, you truly demonstrate the concept of teamwork. I appreciate you and everything you do on a daily basis beyond measure!!!

Madi Rosenau: Madi stepped into a full time position after interning on Madsen Up and did a great job picking up tasks quickly. She is always helping with extra tasks on the unit at beginning and end of shift. Madi has a great way of holding kids accountable while still remaining positive with them and building rapport.

Becky Jackson: Becky has been at BHCH for 20 years and continues to be a strong employee. Becky is extremely organized and goes above and beyond to help her colleagues keep inventory of the kids clothing, buying for our unit needs and many more responsibilities that require time management and responsibility. Having the responsibility of handling our purchase needs comes with budgeting and being sure we have funds for the whole year. Becky communicates with all of us the best she can to minimize excess shopping trips! I appreciate Becky and her tenacity to keep working for our teams and problem solving when the need arises with a big sense of humor! Thank you Becky for being a great colleague!

Loni Anderson: Recently an artist who contributes to the Jon Crane CHS Benefit Auction commented about Loni, "It is refreshing to be greeted by such a positive, friendly staff person. It's rare these days to walk into a business and encounter people who love their jobs and are ready to do whatever it takes to help the person in front of them. Loni really has a servant's heart, and makes people feel so valued and appreciated. She is quite a gem." That is a true statement, and many donors have made similar observations. Whether it is a donor, family, child, law enforcement, DSS worker, staff or a UPS driver, Loni treats each person who comes through our doors as if they are the most important person in the world. I have witnessed the stressed, scared, nervous children and families checking in for a CAC interview. In a matter of minutes, Loni's kind, calm, reassuring words help them relax and before long they are settled in and so much more comfortable. When foster families visit, it is not unusual for children to ask to "hang out with Loni." They feel her love and compassion. Thank you Loni for sharing your gifts with Children's Home and for making every person who enters our doors feel important, comfortable and appreciated.
