Employee of the Month
Employees of the Month winners are chosen at random among all of the nominations submitted from each CHS location area. Follow the link at the bottom of this page to nominate an employee who has been Working for Good!
Aaron Vaul: Aaron helped one of our "littles" with a situation that involved poop. Not just a little poop. ALOT of poop. Aaron was a trooper and did what he needed to do to help this child ALL DAY LONG. This is never a fun task for anyone, but Aaron pulled it off without any complaints (at least not to the nurse!) A huge THANK YOU to Aaron for getting this done.
~ Nominated by Beth Amble
Clara Jacob: Clara has demonstrated her ability to be tenacious every day since joining the Marketing team. She is often tasked with complex writing assignment and even more frequently, those tasks are interrupted by other urgent tasks. Her ability to "drop what she is doing" and respond—all while still meeting deadlines—shows tenacity to get the job done under pressure. Clara's level of excellence was shown recently in the CHS annual report, ACEs progress report, Children’s Home Shelter for Family Safety video script, and Caring for the Kids script, to name just a few. CHS is definitely "better together" with Clara on the team.
~ Nominated by Janet Andersen
Ariel Glissendorf: Ariel had a tough task filling Todd's shoes as TC while he was out on medical leave few months. Ariel did an outstanding job running the team and the unit ran smoothly even though many of the weekends the team ran short staffed. Never did I have to worry about work while I was not here, as I had full confidence in her ability to manage the unit. Thanks for being so darn great Ariel !!
~ Nominated by Scott Egan
Lauren Feldt: Lauren was selfless and volunteered to put sunscreen on all 17 kids while other staff took breaks so we could be ready to go outside!
