CHSU is a leadership program to develop skills in the areas of understanding oneself, understanding others, coaching, listening, engagement and development. Through this program CHS strives to create a culture of leadership where all people developinto effective staff and leaders within CHS and our communities.

CHS will be starting its 3rd Cohort in September 2024. If you are in a supervisor role and/or want to grow professionally at CHS we encourage you to apply. Applications are due June 7th and can be sent to Allison Sanderson.
