Did you know that CHS has a special program that acknowledges employees during significant life transitions? CHS Kindness Works is a program where thoughtful gifts are sent to employees for major moments like weddings, new babies, hospitalizations and funerals.
If you know of a coworker experiencing one of these life events, notify your supervisor to begin the process.
Supervisors should start by gathering the employee’s name, mailing address, the occasion and additional information about the event. Please also include personalized information about the employee like favorite color, food, hobbies, etc.
All the collected information should be emailed to the designated campus purchaser, which can be found here.
Please submit your requests as early as possible; some orders may take at least 48 hours to process. Also, please do not give cash, checks, or gift cards on behalf of CHS. The IRS considers such gifts to be cash equivalents and therefore taxable income. Personal gifts from you or other employees are fine.
