Way to Go, Peter!
SFCH Residential Youth Counselor Peter Fixsel shared, “After working on a Peak Performance/ Recovery coaching program for five months last year, I was able to complete the program. This program gave me a better understanding of the neuroscience behind peak performance and recovery techniques that I am excited to bring to the organization and am working towards starting a coaching practice this year. Developing my skills on the unit is building my confidence in building clients who are interested in learning how to work more productively at work and in their personal lives. Looking forward to bringing these skills to the organization and co-workers.
