Children’s Home Shelter for Family Safety General News Fundraising
Many thanks to those of you who donated to the Children’s Inn Gift for Good campaign!
Just over a year ago on May 4, CHS broke ground on the new Children’s Inn building after years of discussing the need for a larger facility. Children’s Inn provides shelter and crisis intervention services to thousands of victims of abuse each year; a new facility was necessary in order to continue to meet this need.
Many of you stepped up to give this past year as part of our employee giving campaign. Overall, almost 40% of CHS staff donated to the campaign, giving a total of $51,233!!
With the employee giving efforts and the continued fundraising efforts in the community, we have raised over $7.7 million towards the $12 million goal. Thank you for giving so generously to make this possible!
For those of you who gave as part of the most recent Better Together CHS Employee Giving campaign, we offered incentives to win logo wear based on the amount you gave. Congratulations to the employees below whose names were drawn as the winners!
