This is not a question, more of a different perspective to a question that mentioned lack of care for employees and their outside lives by management.

I just want to let you know, that from the day I started here I have had some of the hardest days come my way personally outside of work. Jennifer Stavanger has supported me through the growing pains while I dealt with life hiccups. She reminded me of the potential she saw, when I was feeling like I was letting her down.
