We didn't have any questions asked using the online Ask the CEO form on the Good Works portal this past month, but we did have some pretty great comments come through that we'd love to share!

I just wanted to send a note to you, Michelle, saying that I appreciate everything you are doing and have done to better CHS! Honestly, for me personally, since you have come aboard you have brought hope, excitement, and encouragement to me as an employee of this agency. Also I apologize for other employees that have sent disrespectful, rude, and honestly entitled questions/demands/comments that have been previously sent to the Ask the CEO portal.

This isn't a question, just more of a statement. While we know that many people have, do, and unfortunately, will continue to complain about things being unfair at CHS, many of us feel it's important that we also share our appreciation of the administrative leadership and everything you all have done to make CHS a great place to work with increased salaries, benefits, bonuses, free soda (yes-it's a big deal! haha), gift cards in the mail, snacks (also a big deal, haha!), and numerous additional perks, etc. Just wanted you all to be encouraged and to know that many, many of us are very thankful for all you have done for us to make CHS an even better place to call 'home away from home.' :)
