If you are looking to develop and strengthen your leadership skills, then look no further! Applications are now open for the CHSU Class of 2027. CHSU is designed to provide you with the tools that are needed in your everyday duties to make you become a stronger leader.

The course covers a variety of topics, including the Art and Science of Conversations, Coaching Accountability, High Impact Teams, and Know Yourself, Know Others.

“My favorite course is Know Yourself, Know Others,” said Learning and Development Advisor Tammy Huntimer. “That course makes you dig in and try to understand your behaviors and tendencies. In order to become a better leader for others, you need to learn more about yourself and understand why you think and do certain things.”

If you are interested in applying, speak with your supervisor. Please note: Instead of obtaining a letter of recommendation, you and your supervisor both need to sign the application. All applications need to be submitted by June 13.
