As we approach the end of the fiscal year, it’s time for our annual performance reviews. The annual reviews include information from the quarterly reviews and form the basis for merit wage increases.
Supervisors will meet with staff on the reviews from July 1 through August 20. During this time, you will also be doing a self-assessment to review your own performance over the fiscal year.
The annual performance review is an important opportunity for us to reflect on our achievements over the past year, discuss areas we can improve, and set goals for the year ahead. Your contributions are vital to our success, and this process allows us to recognize your hard work and dedication.
