Since when has singing been part of residential treatment?

Shiloh, a fifth grader who was in BHCH, takes music with her wherever she goes!

“Even when she was little, she would just sit and sing to herself,” says her mother, Jessica Enderle.

Vanessa King, Residential Treatment Counselor, says that when Shiloh was in her group, they would sometimes create an American Idol-type of game, taking turns singing. Shiloh would encourage other children to get motivated, learn music and sing. Other times, the kids would just listen to her sing.

Shiloh went back home in August. “She sings at home, and she was definitely blessed with that talent,” says Jessica.

Keep on singing, Shiloh! We hope to see you on stage sometime in the future!
