- How many programs does CHS have and what are they?
- Leadership states they value staff’s self-care, work-life balance, and the difficult work we do but an ongoing theme during All Hands is PTO. A common answer is this is constantly in review but no updates have been made.
- What if we accrued more yearly instead of years 1, 3, 5, etc.?

- Will sick leave be added to the accruals we have now?
- Could we start a think tank where employees could enter their ideas, hopes, and dreams for CHS?
- After the salary study, HR said that the pay grades would be visible in Paylocity back in Sept. Why has this not happened yet?
- Many people from the executive team travel back and forth to the Hills. Considering CHS pays for hotels, food and travel, would it be more cost-effective to hire similar positions there?
- Will staff spouses be allowed to go to the staff appreciation event?
- Where did we get with the three meetings held in November? We never received any communication like we were told we would.
- Out of the nine problems we addressed, it would be helpful to know what our leaders think the top priority is.
- Seeing as we have open beds in residential treatment at both BHCH and SFCH, what are we doing to market our services to potential referral sources?
- When will there be hope training for those who missed the first training?

- There is a lack of communication and consistency between residential and the school. What can we do to solve this?
- What is the relationship between CHS and DSS?
- Can we push for guidelines on how to handle unsafe adults?
- What is the point we have to reach to get a full-time position dedicated to high-risk times, instead of having someone pick up an extra shift?
- Didn’t we just complete two weeks of data collection to prove another FTE would be essential?
- Can we run an ERS report to help with data collection?
- In regards to Employee of the Year and Rising Star, how do we know who is eligible?
- Will there be a list of names?
- Are there stipulations on who can nominate you?
- Why can we only submit one or the other?
- When it comes to the new facility, how will rooms be named?
- Will there be an opportunity to name rooms after employees who have made an impact on CHS?
- Are there advancement opportunities or new positions specifically at the new facility in Rapid?
